Kleiner Lochstein is located in the Veldensteiner Forst in Northern Bavaria. In the south of Horlach, which is a little village at the Bundesstraße B85 from Pegnitz to Michelfeld, a hiking trail leads to the arch. When you pass the Großer Lochstein it's another 2 km hike to reach the arch.
